Create and update effective materials and presentations for internal training, ensuring that data is evidence based and current
Manage and develop the production of published materials to support learning
Work closely with the operational department to ensure that training content addresses current processes and issues
Manage the employee induction program, working closely with human resources
Ensure all training records submitted are complete and accurate
