Role Purpose:
Develop and oversee all Digital Marketing activities, designing plans for
digital sales channel (SME &B2C), analyzing, and optimizing those plans, as
well as promoting the App/Web experience.
Key Accountabilities:
1-Digital Sales -SME & B2C Products:
* Manage and develop the execution of digital marketing activities with digital sales to further drive channel traffic and conversion.
* Implement digital marketing strategies to effectively enhance platform performance.
* Manage asset creation and implementation.
* Optimize segment spending and share detailed ROI.
* Develop Digital Tools and Customer Journey
2-Digital Services Trade Promotion:
* Implement Digital Services Awareness and usage plans at a client level based on AOP Targets.
* Oversee the development of POA at a client level through traditional and innovative MKTG solitons.
* Oversee all client Industry analytical studies on Bupa Digital solutions.
* Develop new ideas for customer specific initiatives that drive competitive advantage.
3- Analysis & Reporting:
* Analyze and assess the efficiency of campaigns across different products.
* Monthly/Quarterly campaign analysis and reporting
* Quarterly analysis of competition services
4-Budget Management:
* Manage day to day Campaign Budgets.
* Manage procurement procedures.
* Monthly Functional Budget Reporting.
