Job Description and Qualifications
Summary
The Jazan IGCC is the world 's largest IGCC facility processing up to
100,000BPD of vacuum residue to generate 2100 MMSCFD syngas used for H2, steam
and 3.8 GW of power generation. The facility is located in the Jazan Economic
City, in the province of Jazan, KSA. JIGPC will commissioning, start-up and
operate the Jazan IGCC facility.
The purpose is to provide process engineering oversight in sea water
treatment, desalination units to ensure that will ensure stable water
production for the safe & reliable operation of all facilities under JIGPC in
Jazan, Saudi Arabia. The purpose is to provide process engineering oversight

Facilities :
* Water Treatment including Desalination (reverse osmosis), Ion Exchange (Polisher and Condensate Treatment) and all Boiler Feed Water Preparation for a Syngas-fired Combined Cycle Power Plant, which will include the production of steam for all process units at site.
* Wastewater Treatment including Oil Removal, Decyanidation Process, Multiflo/Actiflo Metals Removal and MBBR Treatment to achieve RO feed specification
* Utilities including Sea Water Cooling, Closed Cooling Water Systems, Fuel Gas Systems, Chilled Water, and Flare Header System.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge: Experience in incident Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigation
and reporting. Knowledge in engineering support in maintaining safe,
efficient, and reliable plant operations. Experience in PHA studies
Skills : Proficiency in M/S Office, PI, DCS, SAP, LIMS. PHA studies.
Abilities: Skilled in troubleshooting, debottlenecking, and unit
optimization. Experience in initiating, developing and implementation of
Management of Change (MOC). Experience in assessing deviations in sea water
parameters, developing treatment schedules geared toward correcting observed
deviations. Conducting chemical inventory assessments and subsequent report to
operations for inventory renewals.
