Supervises HVAC manpower, plans, follows up, coordinates works and ensures
implementation of quality management system. Key Accountabilities i‚§
Supervises and evaluates HVAC manpower. i⤠Plans, follows up, and ensures
implementation of MMS and quality management system. i⤠Evaluates HVAC
equipment and systems performance and takes necessary actions. i⤠Conducts
general inspections to insure quality and sites readiness i⤠Analyses
performance and produces reports to his HVAC superiors. i⤠Plans repairs,
overhauls of HVAC equipment and systems. i⤠Supports subordinates in
developing their competences. i⤠Manages HVAC spare parts and consumable
materials. i⤠Ensure client complaints are resolved properly. i⤠Coordinates
and follows up new HVAC equipment installation and commissioning. i⤠Performs
other job related duties. i⤠Supervise three to seven HVAC foremen.
