Job Description
- Managed day-to-day operations for all construction sites.
- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
- Maintain and update company databases
- Organise a filing system for important and confidential company documents
- Answer queries by employees and clients
- Update office policies as needed
- Arrange travel and accommodations
- Schedule in-house and external events
Skills
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role in Construction Area.
- Solid knowledge of accounting and office procedures.
- Spoken and written English. Spanish and desirable.
- Experience with office management software like SAP or MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
- Strong organisation skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Experience range: 5 to 10 years
- Any nationality. For non saudis is a must hold a transferable iqama.
