Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Project Manager - Residential
Accommodation to join our team in NEOM. Parsons is providing Project
Management Consultancy (PMC) services for the development of NEOM
Infrastructure in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. NEOM is a planned cross-border
city in the Tabuk Province of northwestern Saudi Arabia. The site is near the
Red Sea and the borders of Egypt, Israel, and Jordan. It will cover a total
area of ‎26,500 km2 (‎10,200 sq mi) and will extend ‎460 km along the coast of
the Red Sea.

What You'll Be Doing:
* Develops and implements the program mobility and accommodation plans & policies.
* Develops Standard operating procedures for the mobility and accommodation aspects of the program and ensure that client has operational consistency across the program.
* Provides outreach oversight and provides coaching and guidance to the mobility and accommodation program activities concerning day to day performance of the work scope.
* Facilitates forming partnerships with key stakeholders and organizations on the program.
* Responsible for oversight of all mobility and accommodation among our team.
* Responsible for working closely with client and delivery partners for integrated mobility and accommodation with all key stakeholders, including authorizing authorities.
* Reports mobility and accommodation issues to the Welfare Director and develops appropriate recommendations/resolutions/mitigations, as necessary.
* Assigns work to employees, oversees, and tracks the completion of work assignments.
* Interviews and selects personnel for assignment as required.
* Maintains clear and concise work standards and goals; provides training and development; completes performance evaluations, conducts employee counselling, takes corrective action, as necessary.
* Ensures adherence to all corporate, contractual, ethics and safety standards, policies, and procedures.
* Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
* Degree in a related field (or equivalent) and at least ‎15 years of related experience in mobility and accommodation management in complex environments and project settings.
