Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Sitewide Logistics/General
Works CM to join our team in NEOM. Parsons is providing Project Management
Consultancy (PMC) services for the development of NEOM Infrastructure in the
Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. NEOM is a planned cross-border city in the Tabuk
Province of northwestern Saudi Arabia. The site is near the Red Sea and the
borders of Egypt, Israel, and Jordan. It will cover a total area of 26,500 km2
(10,200 sq mi) and will extend 460 km along the coast of the Red Sea.

POSITION OVERVIEW
Under close supervision, performs a variety of construction / engineering
duties by applying basic construction / engineering techniques and analysis
within one discipline. The Engineer at this level is in a developmental mode,
being trained under close supervision in the utilization of construction /
engineering theories and practices, and gaining exposure to Company
procedures. Assignment may be to a structured rotational program which would
include experience in several disciplines in construction, engineering, and/or
other departments. Assignments may involve CAE/CAD (computer aided
engineering/computer aided design) applications. Travel and/or relocation to
supplier, client, or construction site locations may be required. This is an
entry level professional position.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
* Inspect site conditions to ensure suitability for the designed permanent works.
* Give practical advise on constructional matters.
* Inspect construction, including temporary, works to ensure compliance with approved methods and contract requirements.
* Maintain records of inspections, work executed, etc.
* Direct Inspectors and ensure performance.
* Assist in or measure work done when required.
* Observe site safety procedures.
* Assist in preparation of "as-built" drawings.
* Assist with inspection of completed works, prepare sang lists and handover to operating authority.
PREFERRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
* Engineering Diploma in appropriate discipline.
* 15 years postgraduate experience.
