Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Technical Editor to join our
team in NEOM. Parsons is providing Project Management Consultancy (PMC)
services for the development of NEOM Infrastructure in the Kingdom of Saudi
Arabia. NEOM is a planned cross-border city in the Tabuk Province of
northwestern Saudi Arabia. The site is near the Red Sea and the borders of
Egypt, Israel, and Jordan. It will cover a total area of 26,500 km2 (10,200 sq
mi) and will extend 460 km along the coast of the Red Sea.

living, and leaving behind an unmatched legacy.
Responsibilities:
* The Technical Editor shall be responsible for the proofreading, revision and editing of technical content and shall review writing pieces for clarity, punctuation, grammar, and content.
* The Technical Editor shall work with the FMDAA Team to confirm document accuracy and shall coordinate with the technical staff member to any necessary corrections to technical documents.
* Technical editors shall provide feedback to the authors and will confirm that all written content meets THE LINE FM teams standards.
Qualifications / Skills / Experience
* A bachelor's degree in English, applied science, mathematics, engineering, as a minimum.
* 5 years proven experience as a technical writer and in working with a variety of style guides.
* Developing, communicating, and adhering to goals for content, workflow, and aim of writing.
* Creating templates for technical documents that are easy to apply and adapt.
* Conducting quality assurance on all printed documents.
* Conforming to strict editing guidelines and security clearance protocols.
* In-depth knowledge of technical concepts.
* Experience with desktop publishing, multimedia production, and online documentation software.
* Experience with FM Engineering concepts and being able to translate these for publication.
