Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in accounting or relevant degree.
* 0-2 years' experience in the same field.

* Proficient with ERP systems, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities:
* Update accounts receivables and customers statement.
* Posts customer payments by recording cash, checks and transactions.
* Update data information.
* Follow up on, collect and allocate payments.
* Investigate and resolve customer queries & resolve invoice errors.
* Utilize database management systems to maintain up-to-date record keeping of financial documents.
* Review data to ensure that proper procedures are being followed.
* Record and document company financial transactions.
* Responsible for assisting with all other accounting functions as deemed necessary.
