Responsible for managing the section and ensures that staff provides
appropriate services to the Registration.
1. Manage day-to-day work and activities. Checks work inprogress and ensures
that it meets proper standards.
2. Assigns work and changes schedules of subordinates tomeet changing
requirements and circumstances. Ensures proper coverage for eacharea.
3. Coordinates with Patient Access and Eligibility Sectionand Human Resources
Department to ensure all process for new patients andemployees newly accepted
has been completed accordingly.
4. Evaluates performance of subordinates. Counselssubordinates to improve
performance.
5. Ensures that all equipment and materials are availableas needed and that
equipment is operating properly.
6. Ensures adequate staffing; evaluates and counsel 'semployees regarding
performance; trains and orients new employees.
Master 's or Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Public Health, or
other related discipline is required.
Five (5) years of related experience including (2) years in a
senior/supervisory position with Master 's, or seven (7) years with Bachelor's
Degree is required.
