About the role
We are seeking a Project Manager who will successfully and efficiently lead
our team for the duration of the AlUla Concert Series at Maraya Concert Hall
from concept through to fulfilment whilst liaising with key stakeholders.
The Project Manager will deliver the project to the highest of standards,
acting as the main point of contact for all day to day requirements in line
with Far and Beyond’s protocols and guidelines ensuring clear alignment with
all departments, including finance, artist liaison and ticketing, as well as
stakeholders and the client.
You will schedule & lead project team meetings in line with the production
schedule; whilst time tracking and managing the project budget in conjunction
with the client’s requirements.
You will act as a role model for Far and Beyond’s values and will work with
the team to ensure these are embedded into everything we do.

About you
* Previous experience in project or production management
* Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes, including budget management
* Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
* Outstanding organisational and coordination abilities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to successfully manage the team
* Keen on working in a fast-paced environment

RATE: Monthly, freelancer contract (rate dependant on experience)

PROJECT DATES
Start Date: Mid August ‎22 (to be on site from early-mid September (TBC))
Finish Date: End of March ‎23

LOGISTICS
ACCOMMODATION: Individual hotel/ apartment rooms are provided
CATERING: On site crew catering is provided

TRAVEL
* Home country travel (for example to get to the airport) booked at best rate available and inline with our Expenses policy (booked by yourself and claimed back through expenses)
* International Flights included
* Visa’s are applied and paid for by Far and Beyond
* Ground transport required for work during the project will be provided
