Job Purpose:
Leads the leadership development portfolio related to onboarding, in role
development and team development - focused on elevating the performance of
leaders in role.
Accountabilities (but not limited to):
Defining high level priorities and solutions related to portfolio
* Works with head of leadership to define overall strategy for in role development to ensure impact. Design the high-level offering as the SME in this area - engages social learning to support in effective embedding and ongoing application beyond formal learning solutions.
Collaborating with stakeholder and the TX design team to build impactful
solutions

* Works closely with design team to build and update required learning assets to support business impact
* Works directly with the business as an SME to provide consulting supporting and to build understanding of organizational needs
Facilitation of programmes / deploying performance support
* C ‎30% facilitation of key programmes focused at E and D population
* Team development support to Top ‎700 teams
Resource investigating / staying current on business needs and emerging
trends for portfolio area

* Maintains SME status by staying close to external trends, works closely with vendors and external experts to bring the best practice into Alshaya
Collaborating with wider T &D community in Alshaya to support portfolio area
* Active member of the T&D team and wider Alshaya Learning Community
Upskilling T &D deployment team to support delivery of portfolio
* Ensure deployment team is fully equipped to achieve the desired business impact - accountable that their solutions can be effectively deployed
Tools & Resources
* Accredited as a master facilitator in relevant solutions e.g. Core Strengths etc
* Access to relevant content hubs and portals to facilitate ongoing self led development
Qualifications and General Abilities:
* Bachelors degree.
* Arabic language is desirable. English is essential.
* Use of technology: Microsoft Office.
* Team leadership, collaboration, problem solving influencing and stakeholder management.
* Minimum on the job training: ‎10 years in learning / talent development - ‎5 years in leadership development, specific experience of onboarding, in role development and or team development desirable.

* Can respond flexibility to customer requests enabling the organisation to get the most from the development solutions available.
* Understands customer needs and can coach them to provide expert advice.
* Able to facilitate senior team D-E.
* Effective presenter, experienced running leadership development workshops.
* Effective in questioning to diagnose needs.
* Good coaching skills, able to mentor colleagues.
* Experienced in measuring key learning inputs and outputs, able to understand how impact is achieved through their solutions.
* Able to build effective relationships as a trusted partner.
Work Context:
* Solution high level design: In role development addressing individual, team and organisational capabilities.
* Programme facilitation: C30% delivery.
* Communicating with Stakeholders, Peers, customers: Works closely with deployment team to ensure local stakeholders understand what is available and social learning to effectively market solutions.
* Scope of work: Strategy, design, facilitation, communication - focus on impact.
