Job Responsibilities
* Provide Applications Engineering, Technical and Pricing Support to Kuwait customers, including technical presentations, product/solution spec-in.
* Collaborate and support Flow Control Sales Manager and Application Manager in the region.
* Engage in direct customer technical sales calls, order close outs, site walkdown and prepare reports.
* Regular customer visits, presentations, demonstrations, and communication to internal and LBP Sales and Application teams to understand market requirements and position Fisher as No Equal.
* Support, develop and implement plans to grow KOB2 and KOB3 business for the assigned customer accounts.
* Own all application engineering metrics and ensure error free & timely quotes and order entry.
* Co-ordinate with Project Management / Order Entry / Customer Order Fulfillment (COF) & Operations team to provide clean orders to factories and liaise with customers for post order supports.
* Maintain the records and information's in the Emerson tools such as Share point, CRM, etc..
* Work closely with other Emerson Process Management Business Units and maximize pull-through opportunities.
* Ensure Emerson Ethics and trade compliance procedures are strictly followed with all business transactions and communications.
* Keep up to date with developments in products, industry, and market trends.
* Fulfil any other reasonable duties as required.
Basic Qualifications
_• _ Educated to degree level in an Instrumentation/Mechanical /Chemical
engineering discipline.
* A minimum of 10 years of experience in the process control industry including control valve product and application sales.
* Proven track record in meeting sales goals, and driving performance of Sales and Applications
* Proven background in value selling
* Experience selling Severe Service Fisher products to Power and HC end-users
* Strong business acumen and time management skills
* Ability to communicate effectively
* Able to interact positively with all customers, recognizing and adapting to the cultural differences that exist.
