The Mission:
The Combined Joint Task Force - Operation Inherent Resolve (CJTF-OIR)
Intelligence Support Services Contract (CISSC) provides multi-faceted
Intelligence Support services consisting of, but not limited to: Open Source
Intelligence (OSINT), All-Source Intelligence Analysis, Human Intelligence
(HUMINT) Analysis, Intelligence Requirements Collection Management (RCM),
Special Advisors, Planners, Targeting Support, Counterintelligence (CI)
Support, Screener Support, Strategic Debriefing Support, Foreign Government
Information (FGI) Analysis, Exploitation (DOMEX and MEDEX), Target Focused
Analysis and Neutralization (TFAN), Operational Intelligence Knowledge
Management (KM), as well as other analytic and target related intelligence
support services to assigned military units in support of the overall
Intelligence Mission in support of CJTF-OIR staffs and organizations.
More About the Role:
* Lead the effort of RFI Management.
* Keep leadership informed of current RFI status, constraints, issues and impacts by maintaining an RFI tracker/log showing the status of all RFIs and be prepared to brief if needed.
* Provide a weekly activity report (WAR) rolling up the status of all RFIs.
* Brief customers on final products.
* Receive, vet, prioritize and process customer RFI requirements.
* Delegate/route RFI requirements to appropriate analysts and track progress.
* Attend daily leadership meetings/VTCs and Knowledge Management Meetings.
* Anticipate internal transfers of RFIs for further analysis to support intelligence product development.
* Request and compile analysis products from other sections.
* Review and quality check final intelligence products to confirm original intent is met prior to transfer to other sections.
* Monitor Community On-line Intelligence System for End Users and Managers (COLISEUM).
You 'll Bring These Qualifications
* TS/SCI
* At least four years of experience providing administrative and management support to intelligence operations
* Associate Degree OR four additional years direct relevant experience
* Special skills or qualifications (all required):
* Proficient in utilizing standard MS computer applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development
* Task management skills to include the ability to identify intent, priorities, and timelines with an emphasis on experience, in managing/leading large fast pass complex projects - Possess strong research, analytical, and writing skills
* Be capable of effectively operating as a member of headquarters analytical team in support of CJOA requirements
* Former NCO
* Briefing skills to include the ability to clearly articulate information
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
* Bachelor's Degree
* Four to six years of analytical intelligence experience within DoD or equivalent Government agencies and former MOS 35F, 350F, 18F, 35D, 34A, or equivalent
* Experience with Requirements Collection Management
* Deployed experience in Afghanistan, Iraq/SWA or military intelligence analysis in global CT
