Job Summary:
To assist the Procurement manager in the planning and development of
organizational procurement activities for country of operations.


Job Responsibilities:
To provide guidance and information in the areas of operation, procedural
changes and work instructions.
To manage overall activities of local and international procurement in all
areas of operation.
To contribute to the management and monitoring of All procurement activities
in accordance with Company policies and procedures and levels of authority.
To assist Buyers with issues arising during the coordination of procurement
activities with Finance and Admin Dept. and Project Managers in relation to
order payments.
To provide input to the development of processes and procedures to enhance and
streamline local procurement activities.
To review the commercial terms and conditions of orders and give guidance to
Project Managers as to the relationship between payment terms and approvals.
The Ability to assess, analyze, and compare bids, and quotations.
The Ability to propose and generate reports useful reports
The Ability to follow and achieve the key performance metrics and benchmarks
decided by management for him/her self and the procurement team
the Ability to create and follow a Project procurement Plan with the
procurement team to fulfil the project requirement and meet the project
delivery date.
Follow and maintain Company standards of Quality in accordance with Company
Quality System requirements


Candidate Requirements:
‎7 to ‎12 Years of Work Experience within the Procurement with exposure to Fit-
out/Facilities projects and its commercial terms & conditions
Must be knowledgeable in Local and International Purchasing
Proficient computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, SAP
, SAP Ariba)
Fluency in written and spoken English Language
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Must be knowledgeable in planning and forecasting systems.
Has understanding of integrated supply chain concepts.
Leadership skills and personality
Cost Estimation skills


Interpersonal Relations


Education:
A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably in Civil)
