Duties and Responsibilities
Support in developing a communications and sales strategies for private venues
and events Coordinating with the Marketing and Guest Relations teams to ensure
compliance with brand marketing plans and communications standards
Conduct research to ensure sales opportunities are identified
Communicate with clients and ensure satisfaction throughout and after the
sales journey
Ensure timely and efficient correspondence with clients Set up and attend
meetings with potential clients to secure bookings for private venues
Achieve and exceed the sales targets set by the business
Build and maintain sales kits for B2C and B2B Work with graphics and marketing
team to create customized collateral for events such as posters, menus, social
media templates
Regularly prepare sales reports, customer analytics and feedback On-site
availability at private events to ensure the experience meets client standards
Coordinating with the social media and creative teams on any public events
which require PR & marketing
Build and maintain a database of a range of clients, including corporate, VIP,
creatives, and luxury businesses Booking and providing venue tours
Coordinating events schedule, menus, and musical bookings
Work closely with the store, operations and marketing team on advance
briefings for all events and activities
Excellent, professional English verbal and written communications skills are a
must
Arabic is a plus Ability to efficiently manage multiple clients, projects and
streams of communication
Excellent customer service skills Flexibility with the ability to communicate
with clients throughout the day, work during events and holidays when needed
Demonstrate a high level of knowledge regarding Gastronomica's brands, company
history, v enue facts, and menus
Ability to be active, on-the-go, and on your feet for periods of time Strong
negotiation skills
Ability to organize customized events
