About You
Ideal candidates would have the following:
* University Degree in Business Administration or any relevant field
* At least have worked in a similar function within 3 to 5 years; preferably in the F&B /FMCG sector
* Good experience in handling Payroll, Compensation, Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, Job Evaluation, Development of Policies
* Good knowledge in Labor Relations and Kuwait Labor Law
* Excellent communication skills both written and spoken; Must be Bilingual
* Must be residing already in Kuwait
