About You
Ideal candidates would have the following:
* Bachelor's degree or higher diploma in banking or equivalent experience
* Minimum of 7 years in the banking sector preferably Retail Banking roles.
* Experience in Branch Operations, Business Development, Customer Service, Sales
* Good understanding of customer needs
* Knowledge of retail network/branch operations and procedures
* Good communication skills (English and Arabic)
* Must be residing in Kuwait
