About the Role
To oversee all kitchen staff, food preparation and cooking activities in the
restaurant by researching and responding to trends in the food industry,
planning and writing menus, budgeting and financial planning along with
participating in business development.
About You
* Bachelor's degree OR a Diploma Certificate in culinary arts
* Strong knowledge in Budget Management, Cost Control, Recruitment, Financial Management & Waste Management
* Experience in implementing Food Safety & Hygiene, Menu development and Food preparation techniques
* Strong Leadership & Communication skills
