Head of Development Research & Employee Relations

"Kuwait Airways is activity recruiting for the position of Head of Development
Research & Employee Relations in the Human Resources department, in this role
your responsibilities will include but not limited to:"
* Manage and supervise a group of functions of the Office of Development, Research and Employee Relations and exercises his administrative and financial powers according to the delegation issued to him by the administration.
* Supervise and respond to inquiries related to legal, administrative and employment matters that are received by an office of the senior management and the departments of the institution from external parties, and supervises the preparation of the response thereon.
* Study and research complaints and requests received from the institution from external parties, and supervises the preparation of the response thereon.

Requirement:

• ‎15 years of experience in development, research and employee relations.


• Bachelor's degree in Law.

Skills:

• Very good knowledge in English and Arabic
