Director - Flight Services in the Operations department, in this role your
responsibilities will include but not limited to:"
Main responsibilities and scope:
* Implementation of Kuwait Airways flight services strategy with a specific focus on the formulation and implementation of the policies, procedures, systems, tools and other mechanisms to support flight services operational effectiveness, efficiency, performance, discipline, compliance and services. Remains acquainted with industry developments through continual monitoring of regulatory requirements, changed in operating standards, procedures & techniques. Adopting them as appropriate according to KAC.
Task and Duties:
* Developing Cabin Crew standard operating procedure, in close coordination with the Dy. Ops. Director - FS &QA and Director - Flight Operation.
* Notify cabin crew members regarding operational information. This will include manufacturer Bulletins, and Crew Bulletins or directives.
* Managing and maintain through close coordination with Head of Cabin Crew, group leaders and crew planning and head of rostering. the working of the cabin crew members section to ensure a high standard of cabin crew activities.
* Liaise with flight safety section, as necessary, to promote safety.
