Long Description Job Summary
Responsible for registering, processing, and investigating received insurance
claims and determining the coverage.
Job Responsibilities
Registering & acknowledging of received claims via calls, emails and walk in
once assigned.
Investigating the raised claim through contacting the identified stakeholders
accordingly.
Validation of the accuracy of the provided documents.
Developing effective justification memos to support the processing of the
claims.
Managing the full claim process.
Maintaining accurate records of all claims through updating claimant
information in the database and ensure compliance with internal policies and
regulatory requirements.
Collaborating with other departments within the organization as required to
ensure smooth claim processing
Candidate Requirements
0 - 1 year of experience - Freshers are welcome to apply.
Self-motivated and committed.
Background in insurance sector preferred.
Microsoft office competency
Education Bachelor’s Degree
