Reports To:* General Manager
*Key Responsibilities
* Plan, organize, design, coordinate, direct, and control the computer-related activities of the company.
* Establish Information Systems department goals.
* Set the Information Systems and Security policies and responsibilities for the company.
* Support for new projects and developments.
* Plans the annual Information Systems department objectives, needs, and budgets. Evaluate the newest and most innovative technologies and determine how these can help their organization.
* Support end users &Assists subordinates in accomplishment of tasks.
* Train and plan subordinates' growth in the company.
* Plan, implement, and manage internal computer related training programs for the organization.
* Any other job assigned by Management.
* Ensure compliance to QMS, FSSC and the company's procedures.
* Determine the Information Systems Strategic direction and keep it in alignment with company's Strategic Plan.
* Set a mission, a vision, and a direction for the department.
Candidate Profile:* *
* Bachelor of Science (BSc) Degree in Computer Engineering, or BSc Degree in Computer Science.
* Communications & Leadership skills / Quick learner / Decision maker / Motivator / Career focused.
* Management experience / Cross-platform (Unix, Windows, Linux …etc) experience / Network management experience / Data communications experience / Client - Desktop management experience / Technical computer background in Software Design and Programming / Information Systems Analysis and Design experience.
* Requirement open for Jordanian, Syrian, Palestinian & Lebanese Nationalities
