Job Description



  • Identify customer's needs and refers them to appropriate branch relationship officer.

  • Answer questions and provide guidance to branch's customers regarding bank products/services and policies.

  • Research and address customer' inquiries regarding specific transactions.

  • Responsible for assisting customers with their banking needs.

  • Provide information on banking fees, or electronic banking.

  • Resolving day to day service issues for bank's customers.

  • Make follow up calls to ensure client satisfaction.

  • Collect customer information for use in marketing.

  • Provide information and step by step instructions for using the Bank's services.
