Key Responsibilities
* Assist the leasing team in identifying new leasing/ other new venture opportunities to achieve the annual Business Development & leasing objectives. (Within Core/ non-core areas of the business)
* Assist in the leasing renewal, tenancy administration, resolve clients' enquiries and complaints, ensure leasing agreements are legally complaint, maintain good client relations
* Support in the leasing & tenancy operations, leasing of new letting, renewal negotiation, expiration, and handle leasing matters for the company's facilities.
* Assist in identifying potential clients as per the merchandize / client mix strategy to maximize client occupancy and overall offering
* Liaise with the leasing team in the assessment of the leasing proposals to ensure effective merchandize/client mix is aligned with the planned positioning of the property
* Assist in lease renewal and store closure negotiations and take necessary corrective actions in liaison with the legal office.
* Coordinate with legal advisors / Finance Department for reviewing the leasing agreement to ensure it is clearly documented and meet the legal requirements.
* Assist the AGM- Leasing and BD in monitoring and reviewing the performance of company against key performance indicators and highlight any variances to management.
* Attend leasing update meetings and provide detailed status updates to the Director- Leasing and BD.
* Receiving visitors or prospective clients in company's management office, and offering leasing solutions as per their requirement
* Develop, review, and maintain a database of all past, current and potential clients /corporate and key clients by utilizing existing tools and systems.
* Manage/ update the call/visit log, ensuring that calls are responded in a given timeframe.
Candidate Profile:
* Requirement open for Kuwaiti nationality
* bachelor degree in business administration or related field
* Must have sales skills
* Fresh graduate are welcome
