Role Profile:
Supervise sales floor/department and motivate team. Assist Department manager
to maximise sales and minimise loss. Adhere to Company Policies and
Procedures.
The below Key Performance Areas include but are not limited to:
* Assist in managing space, stock and seasonal layout, deliver excellent customer service.
* Monitor out of stock, fast/slow selling lines. Assist in promotions and seek opportunities to maximise sales.
* Follow brand layout guidelines to display merchandise and follow Company Policies and Procedure with regard to housekeeping and presentation.
* Strive to achieve stock loss targets, carry out all loss prevention activities and check for staff awareness of stock loss issues.
* Deputise for Department manager, coach and develop new and existing team members.
* Supervise administrative duties in line with Company Policies and Procedures.
* Identify issues and clearly communicate to Line Manager.
Knowledge:
Good general education
Experience:
Minimum ‎4 years retail management experience
Skills:
PC skills such as Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Word.
