Job Title : Recruitment Officer
Report To : Manager, HR Department
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the recruitment process and provide the company with the requirement human resources.
* Work closely from receiving the request until the candidate joins the Company.
* Prepare annual HR plan
* Monthly head count of human resources
* Prepare and publish recruitment advertisements on approved social and professional media platforms.
* Sort CVs and shortlist candidates based on the job description
* Schedule initial and technical interviews with candidates
* Prepare job offers
* Prepare employment contracts
* Prepare internal monthly and annual reports
* Any other tasks may be required
Candidate Profile:
* Requirement open for Arab nationals.
* Bachelors degree.
* Experience from 8 to 10 years.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
