a. Installing and testing personal computers, printers, and other peripherals.
b. Configuring operating systems.
c. Loading shrink-wrap programs and other application software programs.
d. Troubleshooting computer problems.
e. Performing hardware and software diagnostics, coordinating repairs, resolve
computer system problems.
It is anticipated that Personal Computer Support Technician will be assigned
as these job descriptions state and other related specific tasking details and
priorities will be determined and set by the Commander, Kuwait Air Force
Metrology Branch (KAFMB), and communicated to the Contractor lead.
QUALIFICATIONS
A. An Associate's degree in a relevant field and four (4) years of work
experience installing, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing personal
computer software and hardware.
