Job Title : Customer Care Officer
Report to : CRM Manager
Key Responsibilities
* Has to do face to face customer service with customers.
* Provide excellent customer service to clients who have purchased or are interested in purchasing vehicles.
* Answering customer inquiries, resolving complaints, providing technical support, scheduling service appointments, and maintaining customer records.
* Work closely with other departments such as sales, finance, and service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are required for this role.
* Build and maintain client relationships.
Candidate Profile:
* Requirement open for all Arab nationals.
* Must have Customer service background.
* Must have good knowledge in automotive.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
