Printing Operator position as per the following requirements and benefits



  • From ‎3 - ‎5 years' experience in the same field

  • Previous experience in operating Flexographic printing machines used to print plastic films with min. of ‎6 colors.

  • Capable of preparing the job for printing including

  • Checking the conditions of the cliches

  • Checking the condition of the printing rollers (rubber rollers, anilox rollers and printing cylinders)

  • Mounting the cliches and is aware of the quality of double adhesive tape required.

  • Capable of preparing ink mixes as per the pantone book directions.

  • Monitoring the ink viscosity throughout the printing process.

  • Ensure that the printing dryers are satisfactorily performing throughout the whole run.

  • Ensure that the corona unit adjustment is appropriate to treat the type of plastic film to be printed.

  • Has knowledge of the type of thinners used and compatible with the ink.

  • Has relatively good command in English.
