Job description
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the full recruitment
process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and
making hiring recommendations. The ideal candidate will have a strong
understanding of the recruitment process and be able to effectively identify
and attract top talent.
Responsibilities:
* Identify and source potential candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
* Screen candidates and conduct interviews to assess their skills and qualifications.
* Make hiring recommendations to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
* Work with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and interview questions.
* Administer pre-employment tests and background checks.
* Onboard new employees and provide them with orientation and training.
* Maintain up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.
Qualification
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field.
* Strong understanding of the recruitment process.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Bilingual - Fluent in Arabic
