JOB TITLE:
Client Manager
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB*
The Client manager is responsible for ensuring adherence to the Client Service
Level agreements, whilst ensuring effective management of the print
specialists day to day operational delivery.
The Client manager role is managed by both the Client Director and Operations
Manager ensuring direction is provided in terms of Client and Operational
strategy.

Grade 12
* Degree (Hons) in a business related field

Basic financial acumen (essential)
Project management (essential)
Procurement experience (beneficial)
