Job Summary/Purpose


Manage the preparation of accurate and timely reports to support the marketing
and pricing activities of the Spare Parts, Accessories & Group Logistics
division in order to facilitate the sales of parts and accessories and to
achieve defined business objectives.


Job Responsibilities


‎1. Prepare dealer quotations based on the set customer contract guidelines by
Business Director and submit to Manager for review.
‎2. Perform price revision based on set related price matrix, RP factor, price
category as directed by Business Director in line with TMC guidelines and
upload pricing details in System.
‎3. Develop effective Pricing options for targeted segments to improve sales
& gross margin of Parts and Accessories.
‎4. Develop a pricing module for Logistics services for internal and external
customers and submit to Manager for review.
‎5. Prepare the group annual budget/balance score card for submission to
Manager for review.
‎6. To review the results of market research on price position and recommend
appropriate pricing strategy to Manager.
‎7. Prepare special price list and profitability analysis for quotes to
government tenders/group sales/group service/coops/special package/non moving.
‎8. Analyze daily sales report, compile and prepare weekly management reports
and update monthly reports of the department.
‎9. Prepare monthly incentive report for all branches and submit to Manager
for review, create payment request in E-synergy for further processing.
‎10. Prepare discount policy as directed by Business Director, follow up with
branches for discount variances, prepare report and submit to Manager for
further action.
‎11. Prepare month end ‎7% service incentives, discounts, incentive provisions,
dealer incentive provisions and submit to Finance department.
‎12. Check details of Contribution Statement sent by Finance department and
prepare reconciliation.
‎13. Analyze variance of Japan Parts Master (JPM) and Distributors Parts
Master (DPM) on IMS on monthly basis and take corrective action.
‎14. Analyze Standard Cost Variation Report and submit to Business director
for any abnormalities.
‎15. Participate with Manager in the preparation of group incentive policy on
an annual basis.
‎16. Analyze below cost sales instances with appropriate justifications and
secure approval from Manager.
‎17. Follow up on NPS reports on a monthly basis and ensure adherence to the
group standards.
‎18. Participate with Manager in the value chain activities/ Joint campaigns.
‎19. Support in TMC related reports.
* People Management:
‎1. Assign goals and objectives to staff and monitor achievement of team
objectives/key performance indicators (KPIs) and counsel employees on
achievement of targets and KPIs.
‎2. Prepare performance planning (PP) and conduct performance appraisal (PA)
and conduct PP/PA interviews including employee development plans and counsel
employees on career progression opportunities.
‎3. Make requisite attempts to handle all grievances raised by subordinates in
a prompt and effective manner and escalate such matters to higher level when
required.
‎4. Recommend disciplinary action.
‎5. Participate in interview panels for selection and promotion of staff
