Job Responsibilities :
* Identify freight solution requirement.
* Procure & Negotiate.
* Agent Selection.
* Quote submission & approval.
* Re-quotation.
* Shipment Creation.
* Billing Closure.
* Establish good working relations with customers and provide them the best freight solution
* Handle freight enquiries, quotations and coordination with local and international clients.
* Provide support for the commercial team by providing quotations
* Support customers on any claim, payment issues or pending shipment.
* Manage shipment from origin to destination to ensure customers' satisfaction.
* Coordinate with multiple stakeholders internally.
* Negotiate rates with carriers, agents, offices and service providers.
* Report any failure to the line manager and ensure client is updated on time manner.
* Maintaining daily and regular reports.
Job Requirements
* Diploma degree or equivalent
* Professional Certificate in logistics or equivalent
* At least 2 years working experience in freight forwarding
* Customer service oriented and key account management is preferred
