About the job
Answer incoming calls and assist customers in their specific enquiries.
Creates further interest in the company’s products and services by inviting
customers services offered or required product.
Provides a high level of personalized customer services.
Updates databases with changes and status of each customer or prospective
customer.
Arrange the dispatch of the company’s products and services, information kits
or brochures to clients and interested parties.
Follow up client calls, files paper works, does credit reference checks and
liaise with other departments.
May require to do outbound calls as directed by the Call Center Manager and
per Business need.
Follow all the policies and the procedures as set by the company.
