Business Development and Sales Manager
We are seeking an experienced Business Development and Sales Manager to join
our team at a business consultancy. The successful candidate will be
responsible for driving the growth and expansion of our business through new
client acquisition, account management, and sales strategies. The ideal
candidate should have a strong background in sales, marketing, and business
development, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic business development and sales plan to meet or
exceed revenue targets.
Identify, prospect and develop new business relationships through direct and
indirect channels.
Manage and grow existing accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Research and analyze market trends and competition to stay ahead of the
industry.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective implementation of sales
strategies and objectives.
Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
Prepare and present proposals and sales pitches to potential clients.
Maintain accurate sales records and generate sales reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or
related field, MBA preferred.
5+ years of experience in business development and sales, preferably in the
consultancy industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications:
Excellent negotiation, closing skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong understanding of business development principles and sales strategies.
Excellent communication (Arabic & English) and interpersonal skills, with the
ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
