Contract Engineer
We are looking for Contract Engineer with minimum 10 years of experience in
Contracts (Opex. & Capex) fields, having Engineering Degree and capable to do
the following:-
Draft and check tender documents apart from technical Specifications for Ex:
Contract Specifications, Liquidated Damages, Manpower requirements etc. based
on the scope of work.
Prepare the tender documents in the format to be uploaded in the System.
Coordinate with Concerned Teams and process soft copy in the system until the
award of the Contract, which involves different stages like CR, RFP,
Circulation, BID Evaluation, request for clarification wherever required,
Recommendation for Award.
Check the availability of Financial Fund before raising the tender and to get
it approved.
Prepare adjustment orders as per the requirements and process in the system as
well. Check availability of Financial Fund before and get it approved.
Conduct the Correspondence with various Teams required for Contractual
Obligations on issues where Contractor fails to comply to the clauses.
Update Monthly Replacement Contracts Report of running contracts.
Prepare Action plan containing Projects & Initiatives for the requested year.
Aware of how to Process Capital Projects in the system.
Provide update on Capital Projects & Budget proposals and rephasing if
required.
Prepare Forecast Budget on a yearly basis, process the same in the System,
Monitor Actual Vs. Approved budget on a monthly/Quarterly Basis.
Review the invoices received from the Contractors and Process the invoice in
Invoicing Application System.
Review and process MRs as and when requested by the concerned Teams.
Initiating the Service Work Orders and creating in access and further issued
for tendering
Follow up KPI, KPMs and Initiatives for the Fiscal year.
Drafting and reply internal memorandums
Contract Durations: 4 years
Remuneration: 1500 KD Monthly Salary, with salon car, annual air ticket to
home County and local telephone line.
The candidate shall be available in Kuwait with transferrable visa.
