SERVICE ADVISOR
To assist the customer schedule service appointments and understanding vehicle
data before arrival when possible. Act as the go-between for Service
Technicians and customers. In this position, you’ll be able to get out from
behind the desk and play an active role in the service lane. The Brand will
look to you to explain the Service Technician’s recommendations to the
customer in easy-to-understand language – and suggest up-sell opportunities to
keep the customer’s vehicle safe.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Set, confirm and prepare for appointments with customers so the customer can
have a great service experience.
Meet or exceed targeted sales goals & the targeted customer satisfaction index
Determine vehicle needs based on customer-provided information and a vehicle
walk-around, inspections and test drives
Use a consultative selling process to assist customers in planning for the
ongoing required maintenance of their vehicle
Advise customers on necessary/suggested service options and costs.
Produce repair orders for customers, including cost and time estimates, with
full transparency
Advise customers on the care of their cars and the value of maintaining their
vehicles as per manufacturers’ specifications, using maintenance menus.
Communicate frequently with technicians and parts associates to ensure the
timely completion of work
Follow up with customers on the status of their vehicle based on how the
customer wants to be informed
Follow up with customers to ensure work satisfaction
To effectively help customers gain superior product knowledge
Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty
Follows all company safety policies and procedures and immediately reports any
accidents to a manager or supervisor.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Polished People Skills
Good Comprehension, Literacy & Numeracy Skills
Degree or equivalent
Ability to set and achieve targeted goals
Prior sales experience is preferred but not required
Good work ethic and computer skills, plus proficiency with Industry-Specific
Software.
Excellent Customer Service,
Interpersonal, Organizational, consultative and Communication Skills
Troubleshooting, Mechanical & Engineering Expertise
A minimum of 2 Years of Automotive is
MUST,
Age between 22-35 Years,
Can join immediately,
Arab National - Fluent in English and Arabic - Written and Spoken,
Valid Kuwaiti Driving License,
