Job roles and responsibilities :
(a)Greet guests when entering the restaurant or on the phone.
(b)Take telephone bookings and document in the reservation book according to
restaurant standards and make required arrangements.
(c)Seat guests, provide them with menus, make recommendations upon request and
answer any inquiries they might have.
(d)Be attentive to guests and resolve their complaints where possible and
report incidents to Supervisor.
(e)Assist in setting up tables, cleaning them off and taking orders from
guests.
(f)Oversee cutlery inventory.
(g)Maintain clean and organized work area
