Duties may include but will not be limited to:

Conducts mold packing, setting all controls to ready cast position, mold
inspection and oil flow test.
Carries out tundish preparation for casting such as nozzle cleaning, tundish
centering, nozzle bottom plugging and nozzle filling.
Performs ladle receiving activities like slide gate cylinder fixing/removal,
ladle cover placing/removal, ladle shroud cleaning and re-attachment and ladle
teeming throughout the casting period.
Performs mold tendering including slag fishing, mold level checking, wetting
nozzle cleaning, nozzle changing, metal splashes cleaning and monitor abnormal
oscillation.
EAF Operator
Duties may include but will not be limited to:
Performing all the activities related to scrap car transferring, scrap
preparation, material addition in the bucket, material arrangement purging
exercise, and preheating activity.
Performing the visual inspection of the shell bottom, temperature measurement,
EBT flapper monitoring (during closing).
Fire watch of surroundings (Roof gantry, Tilting Cylinders, settling chamber
and materials area) during EAF process and tapping.
They are reporting to EAF supervisor for material issuances as per the stock
availability at the shop floor.
Perform cleaning of rail tracks, scrap car, ladle car scrap charging area,
tapping pit trench, electrode stands, and walkways.
Monitor for scrap spillages around the furnace & shell rim cleaning and any
leftover scrap hanging in the bucket.
Electrical & Electronic Shift In-Charge - Steel Melting Plant
Responsible for the maintenance of electrical, electronic and automation
equipment in the plant. Ensures optimum equipment operational reliability and
personnel safety at minimum expenditure thru efficient use of materials,
equipment, tools and human resources. Supports mill operation in
