Basic Requirements
Full stack Developer key responsibilities
‎4+ years of experience writing production code for the server side of web
applications
‎2+ years as a primary technical contributor in a team or on a software product
At least ‎1 year of hands-on experience with cloud-native development (any
cloud vendor) or serverless architectures
Experience leveraging AI tools like Copilot and ChatGPT in day-to-day software
development, such as creating prompts for coding tasks
Proficiency in SQL and either Java or C#
Effective verbal & written English communication skills
Nice-to-have Requirements
Practical experience applying generative AI in your day-to-day development
work
Advanced knowledge and experience with AWS technologies
A solid background in Python or Typescript

Working with Crossover
This is a full-time (‎40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is
immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor
agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $‎50
USD/hour, which equates to $‎100,000 USD/year assuming ‎40 hours per week and ‎50
