Admin Assistant
Job Description
Company Description
Alshamel Medical Company is a medical laboratory and diagnostic procedures
provider located in Salmiya. We are dedicated to providing the best care,
instrument technologies, and atmosphere for our customers on a daily basis.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Executive Administrative Assistant role. The
Executive Administrative Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day
administrative tasks such as managing and maintaining calendars/schedules,
organizing and scheduling meetings, and providing phone/email support. The
Assistant will also provide executive level administrative support, creating
and maintaining reports, documents, and correspondence, as well as performing
other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
Effective phone etiquette and communication skills
Clerical skills such as data entry and handling documents, filing
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software systems
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration or related
field
Experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant is preferred
Fluency in Arabic and English is a plus
