Role Summary
The Training officer will create, develop, implement, and conduct training and
development programs for employees.
Duties and responsibilities
• Creates, organizes, plans, and presents various forms of induction,
immersion, orientation, and skills training for employees.
• Develops unique training programs to fulfill workers’ specific needs to
maintain or improve job skills.
• Creates and/or acquires training procedure manuals, guides, and course
materials.
• Presents training and development programs using various forms and formats
including group discussions, lectures, simulations, and videos.
• Maintains records of training and development activities, attendance,
results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements.
• Evaluate program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback.
• Maintains knowledge of the latest trends in training and development.
• Maintain Brand manuals and coordinates with various departments
Experience:
• Bilingual (English & Arabic).
• Prior experience in training companies.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• One to three years of training experience required preferably in hospitality
sector.
