We are looking for Management Training from outside Kuwait (Fresh Graduates or
Experienced Trainee Managers) to join our Team in Kuwait. You must be located
Outside Kuwait and be willing to relocate.

Group Six United Co. is a Kuwait-based culinary group that operates self-
managed restaurants catering to the sophisticated tastes of Kuwait's food-
loving population. The company was founded in 2005 by chef Ahmad Al-Bader and
MMC Catering, and has since diversified to include both food service and food
consultancy segments. Group Six United Co. owns a variety of conceptual
restaurants in the GCC and digitally, and has developed destination culinary
such as Habra (Aqarat, 360 and Avenues), Lunch Room (360), Mangosteen,
Chestnut, and many more digital brands.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site management trainee (International Hire) role
located in Kuwait City for a Restaurant Management Trainee. The trainee will
be responsible for day-to-day operational management and support for a Group
Six restaurant. They will be trained in all aspects of restaurant operations,
including food preparation, hiring, customer service, and communication.
Qualifications
Experience in food service and customer service
Strong communication skills in English
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of food preparation and hygiene standards
Experience in hiring and training team members
Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays
Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or
related field is a plus
