You will be supporting the international roll-out of our approved prostate
cancer imaging agent and helping us to advance our portfolio of late clinical-
stage products that address significant unmet need in oncology and rare
diseases.

Telix is seeking applicants for a Bioconjugation Scientist/Engineer position
to support the development and commercialization of its late-stage
radiopharmaceutical assets. The successful candidate will be responsible for
managing the production of bioconjugate drug substances. This is an ideal role
for Bioconjugation Scientists/Engineers with experience developing and/or
manufacturing bioconjugates under GMP regulations who are comfortable in a
fast-paced environment and who are motivated to make vital contributions to
the next generation of oncology drugs.
KeyAccountabilities
Interface with key stakeholders, including external CMOs, to manage the
development of manufacturing and QC procedures for bioconjugates in compliance
with all applicable GMP regulations.
Manage the development and validation of manufacturing procedures as required.
Manage the development and validation of non-compendial QC procedures as
required.
Generate development, validation, method transfer, and various other types of
protocols and reports.
Support regulatory filings via completion of CMC sections for INDs, NDAs,
BLAs, and foreign equivalents.
Generate SOPs for manufacturing and QC procedures.
Support method transfers to external manufacturers.
Participate in the streamlining, optimization, and scale-up of manufacturing
procedures for commercial supply.
Provide technical support for manufacturing and QC procedures for all Telix
products as required.
Ensure all documentation generated is consistent with Telix QMS and general
principles of GMP manufacturing.
Education And Experience
Bachelor’s degree and ‎5+ years’ experience, or Master’s degree and ‎3+ years’
experience, or Doctorate and ‎2+ years’ experience required
Practical Bioconjugation experience in the development and/or
commercialization of biologic processes is required.
Strong bioconjugation acumen and hands-on laboratory experience required.
Experience supporting GMP-compliant manufacturing is required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
Experience developing non-compendial QC methods for bioconjugates is
preferred.
Experience working with radioactivity is preferred.
Experience of method development to support regulatory filings is preferred.
Experience with regulatory submissions for marketing authorization (e.g. BLA
or equivalent) is preferred.
