Information Technology Consulting Director
Del-Ponte is a Talent Development & Acquisition Boutique Firm operating across
the GCC and the Middle East.
Our client is a leading top-three audit, tax, and consulting firm in Kuwait
and a member firm of a global network of independent member firms operating in
more than ‎156 countries. We are assisting them with their hiring in line with
their current expansion.
Position Overview:
An experienced Transformation & Technology Director/Associate Director to
support their clients with strategy development, business model assessment,
business process improvement, digital transformation, systems selection,
solution design, ERP implementations, change management, and data analytics.
This position is responsible for maintaining client relationships, providing
client support in the above areas, and overseeing staff.
Responsibilities
Direct engagement teams, provide oversight, and multiple client delivery
projects
Facilitate client's management decision-making process and guide stakeholders
through the implementation of industry best practices and cutting-edge
technologies
Lead design of holistic solutions to transform organizational structures,
business processes, and technology platforms
Coordinate discovery sessions, requirements gathering, and redesign on major
business processes such as Revenue Cycle, Procurement Cycle, Human Capital
Cycle, etc.
Guide clients through ERP strategy development, requirements gathering, ERP
software selections, and vendor negotiations
Organize engagement teams to analyze client data, measure Key Performance
Indicators (KPIs), and conduct benchmarking exercises to drive actionable
insights and provide recommendations for performance improvement
Closely work with technology partners to design and implement software
solutions and deploy process automation, artificial intelligence, and
data/predictive analytics.
Lead research and identification of new technology capabilities to resolve
client challenges
Become a trusted advisor, develop client relationships, and manage vendor
partnerships
Actively lead business development initiatives and client proposal development
process
Develop and review thought leadership materials and actively
participate/present at industry events
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in Information Systems, Accounting, Business
Administration, or similar field.
Ten (‎10) or more years of relevant experience including experience in
management consulting, and client-facing engagement delivery, required
Past experience in the Middle East, required
Experience working with ERP systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics ‎365) or other
project-based systems, preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, specifically
business/report writing.
Strong analytical and basic research skills
Ability to successfully multi-task while working independently or within a
group environment
Proven ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and handle multiple
projects simultaneously
