Share Be a part of a revolutionary change We are looking for a qualified
Manager Commercial Planning to join the team in Kuwait. As a Manager
Commercial Planning, you will assess, plan and develop commercial strategies
based on consumer, customer and competitive insights to meet our CC and SFP
objectives. Your ‘day to day’ • Build a deep understanding of business
performance (TMO, brand, segment, channel, program) and generate reports,
insights and analysis on what is performing well/ opportunity areas as well as
trends, watch outs, risks and opportunities. Provide recommended actions. Lead
reporting on IMS, consumer offtake, competition, launch/initiative tracking
and business highlights. • Use this deep business understanding to guide/
incentivize our field force and B2C front liners to address territory
BPWATTS/BOWATTS and to achieve our objectives. • Lead all aspects of volume
planning and forecasting for SFP and CC. This includes the RF/OB/ IBP volume
forecast,
linking with CCO, finance, distributor, and supply chain. Develop scenarios in
coordination with market management (pricing, volume, portfolio,
repositioning, external factors). Reconcile forecasts with actuals to
understand gaps, steer the business and improve the forecast. • Work closely
with supply chain and distributor to ensure stock coverage and mitigate any
risks of LOGD or old stock. • Manage our 3rd party Logistics Service Provider
(PostaPlus), ensuring high service levels, stock coverage and follow up to
delight IQOS.com consumers. • Act as Single Point of Contact for Combustible
Cigarettes CCO team- lead market CC analysis, strategy and BPWATTS/BOWATTS.
Who we’re looking for • You have University degree or higher, MBA is a plus •
You have minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Sales and/or Marketing •
Outstanding analytical skills, project management, and understanding of
consumer journey • Fluency in Arabic language a plus.
