Join Our Team as a Business Development Manager!
We're seeking a talented and motivated Business Development Manager to join
our expanding team and play a pivotal role in our continued success.
What You'll Do:
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships to
drive revenue growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their
needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Cultivating relationships with clients, including KNPC (Kuwait National
Petroleum Company) and KOC (Kuwait Oil Company), to understand their needs and
provide tailored solutions
Lead the development and implementation of innovative sales strategies to
expand our market presence.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams
to optimize business performance and customer satisfaction.
Stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics to identify emerging
opportunities and potential risks.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field;
MBA preferred.
Proven track record of 5-10 years in business development within the Oil and
Gas industry.
Extensive experience and familiarity with KNPC, KOC, and other key players in
the Kuwaiti market.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight
deadlines.
