Receptionist
About the job
Maintains calendar; coordinates, arranges and confirms meetings, arranges for
meeting setup etc.
Ensures all documents to be signed is made available on his/her desk on time.
Handles incoming mails, drafts necessary replies and places mails/documents
appropriately for the purview and signature where applicable.
Attends all in-coming & out-going calls, handles inquiries and redirects calls
as required.
Greets, assists and direct visitors whenever required.
Ensures hospitality to visiting dignitaries, VIP’s, Corporate Executives, and
other visitors to the office.
Maintain confidentiality throughout in all given tasks and movement of
documents.
Co-ordinates the travel arrangements.
Maintains office supplies and equipment. Operates office equipment such as fax
machines, copiers, and phone systems, and uses computers for spreadsheet, word
processing, database management and other applications.
Takes individual responsibility to sift and route mail/fax to appropriate
Department Heads or individuals.
