Sales Executive - Chaumet
Requirements
Demonstrate a positive attitude that sees problems as challenges to be faced
and overcome
Comply with all company policies & procedures, including loss prevention,
security and safety are adhered to.
Be responsible to update product knowledge on an on going basis in
coordination with the Department/ Boutique or Floor Manager.
Monitor and report sales results.
Control of client stock assortment.
Focus on sales and profitability, maintain customer focus standards, set work
pace and deliver on departmental/store goals.
Be a participative, helpful Associate and a willing team player. Mentor new
Sales Associate if required by leading with an example.
Be courteous, considerate & gracious in all the dealings with customers,
suppliers & associates.
Record and maintain all customer information and preferences.
Follow grooming standards as mentioned in the Associate Handbook.
Be proactive and creative by increasing sales thru cross-selling across the
store.
Managing Director - Kuwait
Requirements
Building and maintaining long lasting relationships with key local
stakeholders and leading negotiations as required to deliver the agreed upon
growth objectives (i.e. Shareholders, Partners, Governmental entities, Banks,
Real estate companies, customers, suppliers and service providers, etc.)
Representing the company where required before local authorities, trade
associations, employee organizations, etc.
Acting as a company Ambassador and local sponsor for all group initiatives,
policies and procedures to ensure they are effectively communicated and
adhered to.
Adopting an enterprise wide mindset and maintaining the Group's best interests
when advising on IRR, stores closings, write-off-cases, cash, structure
evolution and any other business relevant decisions.
Coordinating with verticalized functions on country-specific regulations, cash
flow when it comes to importing goods, stock and equipment to avoid legal
complications.
Consulting at country level regarding profit, revenue, budgets and quality
targets driven by the group's vertical leadership team.
Flagging risk and proposing solutions whilst being the Group's local
representative in case of crisis communication
Monitoring business performance and presenting monthly reports highlighting
country sales, investment opportunities, profitability, cash generation, local
economic situation and competitors update
Acting as custodian and role model for the Group values and being an inclusive
servant leader by actioning the local plans to attract, develop and retain
employees
Face Care Expert
Requirements
Build and maintain guest experience standards in order to build strong loyalty
Address customers' queries about products, prices, availability, product uses,
and services
Communicate with customers to assess their needs, provide assistance in
satisfying those needs and meeting or surpassing customers’ expectations
Advise customers on product ranges best suited to their needs.
Demonstrate usage and benefits of various brands and products
Generate sales, while achieving line and sales targets, using make up
knowledge
Push skin care sales during events, promotions and launches Sell-out target
tracking at store level
Generate daily sales reports Participate in achieving incentives Track post
launch sales at store level
Ensure monthly make-up sessions are reached
Ensure merchandising levels in the store are met as per the brand guidelines

People Partner
Key Responsibilities
Through guidance from the Head of People /People Partners, implement the
Group’s HR polices and procedures and support with brand or business unit
specific projects, campaigns or initiatives:
Support the business unit People team with recruitment, performance
management, succession planning, retention, talent development, compensation
and rewards, employee relations, and employee engagement.
Work closely with the business unit People Data Analyst and People Partners to
manage workforce planning locally, ensuring vacancies are managed in line with
the approved budget and executed as per the correct recruitment process and
present final outputs to brand leaders.
Escalate or respond to employee feedback to ensure local approaches motivate
and develop employees to deliver high quality, customer‐centred services.
Be an active and effective member of the Leadership Team, and stakeholder
meetings representing the voice of our People and providing guidance around
Group HR polices, approaches, and Culture transformation.
Lead the development and implementation of local People strategies.
Implement brand specific employee onboarding, training and development
programs to improve the depth and breadth of employee’s skills set and to
raise awareness around behavioural, technical and leadership competencies.
Work with the Group’s Talent Acquisition team to ensure internal and external
recruiting strategies result in relevant, high calibre candidates being
identified.
Work closely with Group HR to implement the annual performance management
cycle.
Partner with Group Rewards to review and monitor the effectiveness of employee
commission schemes and put forward recommendations for change.
Support with the delivery of employee profiling to identify our HiPoS and to
support development discussions; educate teams around career paths and support
all succession planning and talent development activities.
Collaborate with learning team to assess training needs so relevant and
inspiring training and development programmes are available and monitor the
brand’s training budget and individual’s learning consumption.
Use all available HR data to ensure HR analytics supports all reporting,
action planning and decision making and put forward business requirements when
needed.
Work closely with People Data Analyst to update reporting lines and cost
centre allocations
Champion both Group and brand specific Diversity and Inclusion initiatives,
with a key focus on culture change, nationalisation and employee wellbeing.
Collaborate with the Group’s People Experience team to design employee
engagement surveys, and be accountable for the necessary action planning and
improvement goals.
Manage all people and process related employee communications, using My
Chalhoub and other inspirational approaches to embed key messages.
Participate in the recruitment process through assessment centres or
competency-based interviews.
Review all proposed internal transfers within the vertical and provide
recommendations.
Respond to or escalate all employees’ grievances and follow through till
resolution.
Beauty Ambassador - L'Occitane
Requirements

Senior Associate - Finance
Requirements
Develop trustworthy relationship with the Business Units to drive financial
management and processes
Support operations in preparing P&L; projection, analysis of financial
viability of new investments and budget follow-up
Organize internal and external reporting; make constructive proposals and act
as an internal consultancy to Managing Director, Business units’ Managers and
Group Finance Manager to monitor the business
Support in Evaluating business proposals with complete analysis of economic
impact on business
Analyze financial information to produce forecasts of business, industry and
economic conditions for use in making decisions
Assist in developing Financial Strategic Planning such as the ‎3-Y Plan
Work closely with Supply chain team to Review purchase cycle and analyze the
Cash Flow and stock position on regular basis to provide corrective actions if
necessary
Prepare variance analysis and recommendations on monthly financial figures
from business units compared to budget and last year and issue reports as
required by the management
Follow up and control the capital expenditure budgets allocated to the
business unit
Monitor the cost structure of the companies’ business units and prepare
business profitability analysis
Arrange, observe and control the P&L;, balance sheet and recommend action
Provide Internal Control and ensure compliance with all Group Policies and
Procedures
Prepare and monitor the performance of internal rate of return (IRR) studies
for proposed outlets and new products
Prepare the Monthly Monthly Profit & Loss statement
Revise the budgets and close follow up on: collections, payables, stock, sales
and net margin. challenge assumption and propose revisions
Drive month end closing by analyzing trial balances, researching general
ledger activity and variances to budget and prior year
Develop and improve processes related to expenditure, appropriate financial
methods to better evaluate and measure performance
Provide analytical support as required to various cross-function initiatives
and ad hoc projects (e.g. preparing business plans, study of the cash flow and
P&L;)
Instigate and participate in all process improvement initiatives related to
the Business Unit
Participate in relevant projects and community activities as and when needed
